With 25 years experience in corporate America, Waylon decided to branch out and build something for himself. In Garage Force, he saw an opportunity to represent a superior brand that would help families make the most of their home while avoiding the high cost of a new home purchase.
Waylon enjoys playing the piano, biking on Presque Isle, and boating in the summer. His philosophy in life is to “learn in whatever state I am, to be content.”

Jared lives in Summit township, is happily married to Ashlyn, and is dad to Myles and Tucker (Joy and Waylon’s grandsons). He is a faithful member of New Life Apostolics of Erie and plays bass for worship. Activities outside of work include spending quality time with his family, hunting, fishing, hiking, ATVing, and doing projects around his homestead. His favorite quote is “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
Jared is a meticulous installer and always loves to see the look of a newly completed job.

Joy has an upbeat personality, positive outlook, and always lights up a room. Until Garage Force of Lake Erie, Joy was a stay-at-home mother of three for 26 years. More recently, she loves being grandmother to Myles and Tucker.
Joy is in charge of scheduling and customer service. Joy has a passion for color and design both indoors and outdoors and loves to engage in design conversations when needed. Occasionally, you may even see her helping out with an installation.
